- Free: your logo on the unit, the user manual and the outer carton.
- Quoted: colour changes and additional accessories.
- Engineering: appearance, control panel, plug type for your market, remote control, and compressor components. The compressor is developed in-house.
- Smart control: phone and WiFi control through the Uhome Life app can be added.
- Refrigerant: the POG-1, POG-2 and COG-2 / COG-2+ use R290.

What is the MOQ for custom portable air conditioners from HAFYOUNG?
Orders with custom packaging start at 100 units. Orders with no customization have no minimum order quantity.
What is the lead time?
Regular orders: about 3 days under 100 units, about 5 days for 100–500 units, about 7 days for 500–1,000 units and about 7–10 days above 1,000 units. Larger or customized orders get a lead time confirmed by sales and written into the contract.
Does logo printing cost extra?
No. A custom manual, carton and logo on the unit are free. Colour changes and additional accessories are quoted separately.
What can be customized?
Appearance, control panel, plug, remote control and outer carton. The compressor is developed in-house and compressor components can be customized too.
What warranty do you give?
One year on the whole unit.
Which certificates do you have?
The R-series portable air conditioners hold a Korean KC safety certificate (No. SU073009-24001, issued by Korea Testing Laboratory in June 2024), and the 2026 Space Cool series complies with RoHS. For CE, UL or other certificates for a specific model and market, ask sales for the current documents.
Can buyers visit the factory?
Yes, by appointment. Contact sales to arrange a visit to Shunde, Foshan, Guangdong.
